n8n · webhooks · APIs · fixed-scope first step

Find the failure before paying for the repair.

I inspect one bounded n8n, webhook, or API path—including duplicate actions, silent stops, bad routing, mapping errors, retries, and timeouts—and return evidence-linked findings and the smallest credible repair options.

USD 125 Credited in full toward an agreed repair of USD 250 or more on the same diagnosed path.

The fit check is free. No call, login, credentials, or attachment required—just four lines. Payment is requested only after you approve the written scope. If the email button does not open, write to workflowrepairdesk@gmail.com.

Public synthetic sample · 4 tests passed · 5 ranked findings · limitations stated plainly

What you receive

  • A concise map of the agreed workflow path
  • One written acceptance test
  • Evidence-supported findings ranked by operational risk
  • Repair options, dependencies, known gaps, and a quote when scope is clear

What you provide

  • The trigger, expected result, and observed failure
  • A redacted export or screenshots, if available
  • One sanitized failing example and relevant error text
  • Platform and version details

Good fit

  • One workflow or bounded execution path
  • Intermittent failures, duplicate actions, bad routing, timeouts, or unclear error handling
  • A buyer who wants written evidence before authorizing a change
  • A sanitized export or enough observations to define the diagnostic boundary

Not a fit

  • An emergency production incident that needs immediate hands-on response
  • A full system rebuild disguised as a one-path review
  • Work that requires credentials, unrestricted production access, or unsupported outcome guarantees
  • Security testing without explicit written authorization and a separate scope

Copy-paste intake

If you found this offer on Upwork or Contra, paste these four lines into that marketplace's inquiry or order requirements and keep pre-contract communication and payment on-platform. Otherwise, use them in an email. Keep names, customer data, credentials, and production logs out of the first message.

Optional: choose the closest failure pattern to prefill one line.

Trigger: Expected result: What goes wrong: Sanitized evidence available:

Before you pay

Send the four short intake fields in the request link. I will confirm in writing whether the evidence is sufficient, which path is in scope, the deliverable, timing, and the funded payment arrangement. If the problem is too broad or the available evidence cannot support useful findings, I will say so before accepting the diagnostic.

What happens after the fit check

  1. Written scope: one trigger-to-result path, the evidence boundary, and one acceptance question are confirmed before payment.
  2. Two-business-day diagnostic: the delivery window begins after the agreed sanitized evidence and funded order are in place.
  3. Decision-ready handoff: you receive evidence-ranked findings and a clear recommendation to repair now, instrument first, or stop without buying a repair.

No production change is bundled into the diagnostic. A repair is a separate, written scope that you can accept or decline.

Inspect the report format first.

The public sample reviews this repository's demonstration workflow using synthetic fixtures and local source-level tests. It is not client work, a production deployment, or evidence of production or financial results.

Safety and evidence boundaries

The diagnostic is analysis only. It does not include production changes, restarts, retries, sends, writes, deletions, implementation, monitoring, penetration testing, or a guarantee that every hidden issue will be found.

Do not send credentials, customer records, or unredacted production logs. Tests use synthetic or client-approved sanitized cases. Scope, evidence, timing, and payment terms are confirmed in writing before work begins.
